EVOO Organic
Produced directly from organic olives, ground in the early hours, exclusively by mechanical methods and without further processing, producing an olive oil with very low acidity.
Early Harvest
Early Autumn-harvested extra virgin olive oil, with low acidity, is rich in polyphenols from green olives. It boasts a fruity taste, with notes of grass, green leaf, and pungency. Extracted and cold pressed, its complex yet delicate flavor has hints of bitterness and spice. High in antioxidants, it’s blended with late harvest oils for enhanced shelf life.

Infused olive oil is olive oil that has taken on the flavors of another ingredient—usually an aromatic like rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, basil, orange, lemon, truffle or chili peppers. You can drizzle infused olive oil on bread and soups or incorporate it into salad dressings and marinades.

We offer a diverse range of table olives including whole, pitted, wedge, wheels, tapenade, green variations, stuffed with almond, garlic, lemon, orange, or pepper, sweet dried black, oil-cured baked, and green cracked olives. Packaging is customized to customer preferences.
