EVOO Organic

It is produced directly from organic olives, ground in the early hours, exclusively by mechanical methods and without further processing, producing an olive oil with very low acidity. The entire traceability journey from the olive groves into the bottle is totally controlled and free of any kind of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Early Harvest

Extra virgin olive oil with an exceptionally low acidity is harvested in early Autumn. Green olives can be higher in polyphenols.

Characterized by intense fruitiness, higher content in polyphenols, with enhanced tones of fresh green olive. The oil is extracted and cold pressed under optimal conditions. Complex in taste, yet delicate with moderate bitter and spicy tones, flavor notes of grass, green, green leaf, pungent, astringent are used to describe early harvest fall oils. Because of the higher polyphenols and antioxidants, early harvest oils often have a longer shelf life and are blended with late harvest oils to improve their shelf life.

Virgin Olive Oil VOO

Virgin olive oil is obtained by only mild physical methods, i.e., crushing, extraction, and centrifugation with acidity ranging between 0.8%–1.5%.

Flavoured Olive Oil

Infused olive oil is olive oil that has taken on the flavors of another ingredient—usually an aromatic like rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, basil, orange, lemon, truffle or chili peppers. You can drizzle infused olive oil on bread and soups or incorporate it into salad dressings and marinades.
